  1. Liability area The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders via our website.

A consumer refers to a natural person entering into a business relationship with Tonzo, which cannot be assigned either to their business or independent professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities may be rejected without reason.

Tonzo reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Decisive is always the current version of these General Terms and Conditions at the time of order, which cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Contradictory or deviating terms from the customer's side are not recognized.

In particular, they do not constitute any insurance or guarantees, unless expressly stated. Tonzo endeavors to provide all information on this website as correct, complete, up-to-date and clear, but cannot give any express or implied warranty for this.

All offers on this website are considered non-binding and should not be understood as binding offers.

Any shipping costs will, unless otherwise stated, be charged extra and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are specified separately in the ordering process.

Tonzo then sends an automatic order confirmation via e-mail, which confirms that the customer's offer has been received by Tonzo. Ordered goods are binding for the customer. The agreement is concluded when Tonzo sends an acceptance via e-mail, where the dispatch of ordered products or services is confirmed.
